•Non-Refundable Booking: All photoshoot bookings are non-refundable. Once a date and time are confirmed, no refunds will be issued.

•Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled photoshoot. Trendy Experience will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any potential delays, but it is essential to start on time to complete the agreed-upon timeframe.

•Session Duration: The duration of the photoshoot session will be as agreed upon during booking. It is the responsibility of the client to be prepared and ready to start at the scheduled time. Any delays on the client's part will not extend the session beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.

•Additional Time: If clients wish to extend the duration of their photoshoot, they should buy another session. 

​

•Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a photoshoot with reasonable notice of 4 days prior, and it will be subject to availability. 

​

•Dress and Preparation: Clients are required to arrive dressed and prepared for the photoshoot, including hair and makeup if applicable. Any outfit changes or touch-ups should be completed before the scheduled start time.

​

•Pets: Clients are allowed to bring their pets to the photoshoot, but they must be responsible for their pets' behavior and needs. This includes ensuring that the pet is well-behaved and that they have treats, toys, or any other items necessary to keep the pet calm and cooperative during the session. If the pet's behavior disrupts the shoot, the photographer reserves the right to request that the pet be removed from the set.

•Image Delivery: Trendy Experience will deliver the selected plan 6 or 10 edited images within 7- 10 days.

•Liability: Trendy Experience is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the photoshoot. Clients are encouraged to take reasonable precautions to protect their belongings and ensure their safety.
